Data Subject Rights
A. General Information
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), every individual has the right to submit a request to Sunpet Packaging Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), acting in its capacity as the Data Controller, regarding the following matters:
a) To learn whether his/her personal data is being processed;
b) To request information if his/her personal data has been processed;
c) To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether such data is being used in accordance with its intended purpose;
d) To learn the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad;
e) To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
f) Pursuant to Article 7 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable legislation;
g) To request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f);
h) To object to any outcome that is to his/her detriment resulting exclusively from the analysis of processed data through automated systems;
i) To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
B. Processing of Personal Data Relating to Applications
The personal data provided in the Application Form to the Data Controller is processed solely for the purposes of verifying the identity of the applicant and managing the application process. For these purposes, the following personal data may be processed to the extent necessary and proportionate: Name, Surname, Turkish Identification Number, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Address and Signature. Where necessary, such personal data may be shared only with the relevant departments/persons and the public institutions or organizations authorized by law, depending on the nature of the application.
