At Sunpet Packaging Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is based on business requirements that are aligned with and support our corporate objectives, and is established in accordance with applicable legislation and relevant standards. This Policy defines the requirements, principles, rules, practices, responsibilities and business processes governing information security within the Company. It is intended to provide guidance for all information security activities and, together with its supporting documents, establish the Company's information security processes and controls.

-To support the Company's business strategy and corporate objectives;

-To ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards and contractual obligations;

-For the performance of the contractual relationship between you and the Company, it may be necessary for the Company to collect your personal data;

-To document, certify, continuously improve and establish the ISMS as an integral part of the corporate culture in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001;

-To manage current and anticipated information security processes, risks and threat environments;

-To maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all assets within the scope of the ISMS, particularly information assets belonging to Sunpet Packaging Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., above an acceptable level;

-To raise information security awareness among the employees and stakeholders of Sunpet Packaging Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and to ensure that all relevant parties are informed about this Information Security Policy and ISMS practices;

-Through the ISMS, to ensure information security throughout the Company's business processes while enhancing the quality of the services provided and improving process efficiency.
